Our homes’ features
Building to a platinum standard
Our homes meet the platinum standard of the Livable Housing Australia Guidelines and are built above and beyond what is required by legislation for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). We build fully accessible housing under the NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation Design Standard, to ensure our homes meet your needs at every life stage.
The right home
The Endeavour Foundation home portfolio can offer the right home for everyone, offering units, duplexes, town homes as well as 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses (including a support worker bedroom).
Our new and refurbished homes are centrally located, close to services and local community amenities, so you enjoy community connection and inclusion. We purchase land based on access to public transport and all are within a 5km radius of Endeavour Foundation work and community services.
We design socially inclusive spaces and private retreats. You have the flexibility of retreating to your own personal patio or large bedroom with sitting space if you need some time out, whilst still giving you the opportunity to enjoy the company of housemates or guests in the large backyard, alfresco area or open plan living space.
Modern safety features, including Tunstall Assistive Technology, aid independence and offers peace of mind for you and your loved ones. Help buttons are installed in each bedroom, bathroom and living space, so assistance can be provided when required. Home automation features like Smart Home ducted air-conditioning systems with individual room control are also on offer, as well as the provision for additional bespoke assistive technology as required.
To delivery energy efficiency and reduce power consumption expenses, our homes offer modern sustainability features including solar hot water systems and 6kW solar panels.
