Confidential feedback and complaints
The people we support are at the heart of all we do, and our commitment to people and their families is to provide high-quality and safe services.
Our feedback and complaints process ensures anyone can formally provide feedback about what is good or could be improved with our service or a complaint if there is a problem related to our service. We will listen and we will take action.
If you are not satisfied with the response, there are channels available through the NDIS Commission detailed below. The NDIS Commission encourages people to raise complaints with their provider in the first instance.

How to submit feedback or a complaint
Feedback and complaints can remain anonymous, you do not need to provide your name or contact details. However, this means we will not be able to contact you with an outcome. Or, you can use our external Whistleblower Service who will not disclose the identity of a complainant without permission.
The below form can be used to submit feedback or a complaint or you can phone, email, or mail us. You can also choose to submit feedback or a complaint in person to a staff member at your local service.
NDIS Commission
The NDIS Commission is an independent agency established to improve the quality and safety of people with disability by ensuring NDIS service providers are doing the right thing.
If you are unhappy with how we have responded to or handled your feedback, you can contact the NDIS Commission at any time.
You can also escalate any concern or complaint directly to the NDIS Commission.
