Date closures for the holidays
Holidays are just around the corner! Take a look at the below information for all Endeavour Foundation service closure details.

We have also prepared two Easy Reads to explain the details of services that are open, and for services that are closed.
Work Services
Most of our social enterprises, defence assistance programs and resource recovery centres will close over Christmas and New Year.
If your person is employed by Endeavour Foundation and wishes to take extra leave, please complete an Application for Leave form and return it to their Service Manager by Monday, 9 December 2024.
Community Services
Most of our Learning and Lifestyle Hubs will close over Christmas and New Year.
Community Access Services will continue as normal over Christmas and New Year. Please speak with the Service Manager if you would like to change any supports over the holidays.

Home Services
In Home Support Services will continue as normal over Christmas and New Year. Please speak with your Service Manager if you would like to change any supports over the holidays.
Home support services will also continue as normal. If your person will be away during this time, please advise the Home Site Supervisor in writing as soon as possible. All rebates will be processed in January 2025.
We are also happy to assist with:
- Packing bags.
- Ensuring medication supplies are adequate.
- Arranging rebates for food and laundry (if your person is away from their accommodation for more than seven days).
Fees and Charges
We will not charge any of the following fees while our work sites and L&L hubs are closed:
- Bus levies.
- Contract transport (to and from).
- NDIS claims for support provided at social enterprises and L&L hubs.
