Inclusive Employment Australia

We are excited to announce that Endeavour Foundation has been selected to deliver specialist employment services in Queensland, Victoria and South Australia as part of the Federal Government’s new Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program.

Starting from 1 November 2025, IEA will replace the current Disability Employment Services (DES) program, offering people the tailored support they need to find and keep a job and thrive in open employment.

IEA has a clear focus on creating long-term employment outcomes for people with disability. It builds on what we have been committed to for almost 75 years – making possibilities a reality.

As Australia’s largest employer of people with intellectual disability, we are uniquely positioned to support jobseekers to find fulfilling work and help employers build inclusive workplaces.

We have long advocated for a program that gives people the right supports to succeed in jobs that suit them. IEA could be the missing piece of the puzzle, and we are proud to be part of it as a specialist provider.

Whether you are a person with disability, an employer or a Support Coordinator, we are here to walk alongside you throughout your Inclusive Employment journey.
