The new Endeavour Recycled Clothing store in Penrith is taking the area’s fashion-savvy shoppers by storm and will celebrate a grand opening on Saturday April 2.
The grand opening will be held from 10am to 2pm and will feature a huge program of activities, in-store promotions and a range of fantastic prizes thanks to local businesses.
On the day you can enjoy shoulder and neck massages, have your hair braided, taste gourmet food samplings, watch local boot scooters, yoga demonstrations and singers, all as you shop for fashion treasures.
Endeavour Recycled Clothing prides itself on selling quality pre-loved garments, with the motto Recycle with Style, as well as offering shoppers an easy and enjoyable op-shopping experience.
Endeavour Recycled Clothing Penrith stocks quality men’s, women’s and children’s wear, shoes, jewellery, bags and more.
The Penrith store is the first Endeavour Recycled Clothing store in New South Wales and there are 36 Endeavour Recycled Clothing stores in Queensland.
All proceeds from Endeavour Recycled Clothing go towards Endeavour Foundation’s efforts of supporting more than 3,350 people with a disability.
The Penrith store opened its doors on December 31 after a delay due to flooding and manager Denise Norbury is now excited to be able to celebrate the store’s arrival with the entire community.
“The grand opening will be a fun-filled day for all with lots of activities,” Denise said.
“I encourage everyone to come along and enjoy the fun and the fashion on the day.
“There will be singing by Sing Australia, hair braiding by Royal Africana, ACRO yoga demonstrations by students from Lila Yoga, in-store discounts and prizes from local businesses such as King Henry Court, Oze Pharmacy, the Nepean Belle and the Outback Steakhouse.
One of the major prizes is for a lucky winner to receive a make-over session for two with stylish Penrith local Sonia Di Loreto-Lewis.
Sonia recently married Penrith Panther Luke Lewis wearing a dress by designer-to-the-stars Steven Khalil.
Sonia is also a beauty therapy teacher and is known for her fantastic fashion sense, as was noted by several media commentators after last year’s Daily M Awards.
Sonia will hold a personal styling session with the winner and their chosen friend/family member at Endeavour Recycled Clothing on High Street Penrith later in April.
The prize will also include a hair and make-up session with students from nearby Active Career College, where Sonia teaches.

Styling session details:
One winner will receive a full make-over session for them and a friend/family member.
Make-over session will be headed by Sonia Di Loreto-Lewis and includes a personal styling session with Sonia along with make-up and hair done by students from nearby Active Career College. Winners may purchase any of the outfit which Sonia styles them in at a 20% discount.
