Is this home right for me?

Your new housemate has a wide variety of interests which take them out and about in Bundaberg including bowling, going to the movies, and shopping. She likes animals, walking and getting dressed up and going out for dinner.

She is looking for a new housemate that is easy going and respectful of those around them and their belongings.

The home

One of five in a new complex on a quiet street, this unit is perfect for private living and for socialising with friends. It has its own fully fenced private back yard, with direct access from inside onto the patio. There is also a communal BBQ area available, when you’re ready to wind down with friends after a long week of activities.

Your privacy is assured with sliding doors opening onto a personal patio off the bedroom. This also allows private secure entry. The unit boasts a large main bathroom in addition to the ensuite with its own shower, toilet and vanity.

The kitchen has all you would expect with modern appliances, such as countertop stove, stainless-steel built-in oven and a dishwasher. A large island bench is a feature point of the open plan living area.

Enjoy open plan living in this airconditioned and modern unit or treasure your own personal space – the choice is yours.

The community

This low-set brick unit is in a new complex of five units. The complex is located on a quiet street across from a sports field and communal green space which is home to the Bundaberg Men’s Shed Association, Diggers Football Club and Saltwater Creek.

Conveniently situated within the community, it is within walking distance of the public swimming pool, markets, community centre and the local convenience store. Endeavour Foundation Business Solutions is also within walking distance.

A short five- or ten-minute drive takes you to local shopping centres, sports clubs, a bowling alley, the library, local cafes and parks. It’s only a fifteen-minute drive to local beaches.

Residents have access to Endeavour vehicles and private staff cars under the Endeavour transport package. There is a taxi service available and a bus stop route close by.
