Statement regarding the bus accident in Cairns

10 July 2015

The following statement may be attributed to Endeavour Foundation CEO David Barbagallo.

Endeavour Foundation wishes to thank those who’ve offered assistance, particularly the community and business in Cairns.

We are very grateful for the support that has been shown.

Our focus now is primarily to support people as they recover and process what has happened.

We will make trauma counselling available to supported employees, family members and staff, for as long as it is needed.

As the situation unfolds, we will continue to support people who were affected and their families in any way that they need.

We will work with the police and transport department to assist their investigations.
