Your Questions About Transferring from Centacare
Can I Stay in My Current Home? Can I Keep My Current Support Workers?
This is our absolute priority. We know that your home and the relationships you have with your support team are incredibly important. Our goal is to minimise disruption by working directly with Centacare to transition the operation of your current service, including your home and support team, wherever possible. Our aim is to ensure you see the same friendly faces in the same familiar place.
Do You Have Availability to Support Me in a Different Home?
We have availability in several existing SIL homes across South East Queensland, Wide Bay and Central and North Queensland. If you are wanting a change, we are happy to talk to you about your options.
What Is the Process, and Will I Have to Handle a Lot of Paperwork?
We make the process as simple as possible for you. Our dedicated Centacare Transition Team will guide you through every step. We handle the NDIS-related paperwork and logistics in the background, so you can focus on a smooth continuation of your supports without the stress of administration.
How Quickly Can This Happen? Will There Be a Gap in My Supports?

What Happens to My Funding During the Transfer?
NDIS and DSOA funding belong to you and are not tied to a specific provider. The funding moves with you. Our NDIS and DSOA specialists will ensure your plan is transitioned smoothly to Endeavour Foundation, so your funding is ready and available from day one.
