Bringing People, Employers and Support Networks Together

Work has the power to change lives. It can help people build confidence and independence, strengthen communities and open the door to new opportunities.

For 75 years, Endeavour Foundation has worked to make those opportunities more accessible for people with intellectual disability. We have advocated for greater inclusion, helped people access the support they need and created pathways to rewarding employment.

Today, through Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA), we continue that work by bringing together jobseekers and employers to deliver employment opportunities that benefit everyone involved. Whether you are looking for a job, looking for staff or supporting someone towards employment, we are here to help make the next steps easier.

As a not-for-profit organisation, registered NDIS provider and Australia's largest employer of people with intellectual disability, we combine purpose, experience and practical support to help people and workplaces succeed.

What Is Inclusive Employment Australia?

Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) is the Australian Government's disability employment program. It replaced Disability Employment Services (DES) in November 2025.

IEA helps eligible people with disability prepare for work, find a job and receive support to succeed in the workplace. It also supports employers to attract talent and build inclusive workplaces with confidence.

We deliver IEA with a specialist focus on supporting people with intellectual disability and the people around them, providing personalised support to jobseekers, families, carers and employers throughout the employment journey.
