Looking for work can feel exciting, challenging and sometimes overwhelming.

Whether you are looking for your first job, returning to work or exploring a new opportunity, the right support can make all the difference.

At Endeavour Foundation, we help people with intellectual disability build confidence, develop skills and find rewarding work through Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) in Queensland, Victoria and South Australia.

You do not have to have everything worked out before you contact us. We will take the time to understand your goals, interests and support needs, then work alongside you to help you take the next steps.
