While the Endeavour Foundation Strategic Plan is designed to shape our future, it is a vision inspired by our past.

Our strategic plan recognises the staunch determination of our founding families who fought for the rights of their children with disability more than 75 years ago.

Their unwavering commitment endures. It is at our heart. We remain firmly focused on our purpose of ‘supporting people with disability to make their possibilities a reality’.

The 2025-2030 strategic plan is designed to advance that purpose. It prioritises five key outcomes that are important to the people we support:

All people we support are safe and feel safe from violence, abuse, neglect and exploitation.

Healthy

More people we support feel physically and mentally healthy.

Empowered

More people we support feel they have greater choice in how they live their lives.

Included

More people we support feel involved in their lives and their community.

Employed

More people we support have a paid job that is right for them.

Safe
