What Is Individualised Living Options (ILO)?

Individualised Living Options (ILO) is an NDIS support package that gives you complete control over where you live, who you live with and how you receive support.

Unlike traditional group homes or rostered care, ILO is designed around your vision of home.

ILO is the support package, not the house itself. You choose your home, and we help design the perfect support package to make it work for you.

Your living choices include:

  • Living on your own with flexible drop-in supports
  • Sharing with housemates who provide companionship and care
  • Host family arrangements in a supportive environment

Important: ILO funding applies to your support package only. It does not cover rent, food, utilities or the property itself – just the support you need to live there successfully.
