Refer Participants with Confidence

When you refer a participant to Endeavour Foundation, our team will help identify suitable service pathways based on that person’s goals, location, funding and support needs.

We work with referrers to understand what the participant is looking for, whether that is skill-building, community participation, employment pathways, home and living supports or guidance on where to start.

As a registered NDIS provider with 75 years’ experience, Endeavour Foundation supports people with disability to live, learn, work and connect with their community.

To help us review the referral, it is useful to have the participant’s consent, contact details, location, support needs, NDIS or funding details if available and the best person for us to contact. You do not need to have every detail ready. If you are unsure, submit the referral, and our team can help clarify the next steps.
