Endeavour Foundation provides Supported Employment in a structured, team-based environment where you can build skills, grow in confidence and earn an income from day one.

At our Maryborough site, Timber Assistants may be involved in:

• Assisting with timber manufacturing and production
• Preparing and assembling pallets, crates and timber components
• Cleaning work areas and equipment to maintain a safe work environment

Work varies depending on operational needs and individual strengths. Our experienced team provides ongoing support to help you develop skills, achieve your goals and succeed in your role.
