Endeavour Foundation provides Supported Employment in a structured, team-based environment where you can build skills, grow in confidence and earn an income from day one.

At our Seven Hills site, Production Workers may be involved in:

• General packaging
• Working in a cleanroom environment
• Assembly and light production tasks

Work varies depending on operational needs and individual strengths. Our experienced team provides ongoing support to help you develop skills, achieve your goals and succeed in your role.
