A little about us here at Keon Park

Get involved with a passionate, engaged team who are always happy to welcome new members.

At Keon Park, we do regular check-ins to make sure you feel comfortable. At the start of each shift, we meet to review safety guidelines and discuss what needs to be done. Then, we meet again at the end to talk about how we did.

We have a great family vibe at our fully air conditioned site. Thanks to our buddy system and our fun social events, you’ll feel at home in no time.

There’s always an employment coach on-site, and your team leader is close by, so you can get whatever help you need, whenever you need it.

Our canteen serves soft drinks, juices, snacks, and noodles but a lot of our staff like to go to one of the delicious cafes across the road for lunch.

It’s easy to get to work by bus, train, taxi, or driving and we offer late-start options too. Our afternoon shift starts at 11am.

What we do at this site

  • General packaging
  • Food packaging
  • General assembly

We’re looking for people who

  • Are comfortable lifting weight up to 25kg (with pushing and pulling by 2 people)
  • Can complete multiple tasks at once
  • Can follow simple, long, structured processes and instructions
  • Can follow quality guidelines
  • Feel confident to speak up when quality guidelines aren’t being met
  • Can work a full shift (at least 7.6hrs per day)
