A little about us here at Bundaberg
Welcome to the Bundaberg team. We’re all about learning and having a good time.
Our employees love the variety of tasks they get to learn. With almost 200 things to try, this is the place to be if you want to grow your skills.
When you start, you’ll be paired up with a co-worker who’s been here a long time. They’ll help you find your way around. Every job takes time to learn, but you’re in good hands with your buddy, team leaders, and employment coaches.
We’re big fans of Christmas in July, so we have two Christmas celebrations every year! Our free monthly sausage sizzle is a big team favourite too.
Our friendships and social time are important to us. So, the money from our canteen is put back into our social club. Every day, the canteen serves drinks and small bites, but Wednesdays are our favourite when they serve hot food like fish n' chips and hot dogs.
You can get to and from work by catching the bus that stops across the road, getting a taxi, or driving and using our on-site parking.
