Build Your Career with the Right Support

For 75 years, Endeavour Foundation has worked alongside people with intellectual disability to create opportunities and advocate for greater inclusion.

We are not simply helping people find work. We have been expanding possibilities for people with intellectual disability for generations. Employment is one part of a bigger mission. It can mean earning an income, learning skills, building confidence, making connections and having more choice in everyday life.

As a not-for-profit organisation, a registered NDIS provider and Australia’s largest employer of people with intellectual disability, we bring together experience, advocacy and practical workplace support to help people take the next steps towards rewarding employment.

We take the time to understand your strengths, interests and goals, then help you explore the employment pathway that may suit you best.

Choose the Employment Pathway That Is Right for You

There are different ways to start, build and grow your career. Some people want to work with Endeavour Foundation in a supported team environment. Others want help to find a job with an employer in their local community. Wherever you want to start, we can help you understand your options and take the next steps with confidence.
