The hub is a large, bright and modern space designed to suit a wide range of interests and needs. Inside, you will find a dedicated art room, computer space, sensory room, kitchen and dining area, plus breakout spaces for quieter moments or smaller group sessions. There is also plenty of room for dances, discos and other group events.

Outside, the spacious grounds feature a garden, shaded seating areas and a three-wheeler bike track, creating more opportunities to get active. Located just 5km from the heart of Toowoomba, the hub is in a relaxed suburban setting with plenty of room to explore.

Key Highlight

Through the Wander and Discover program, participants enjoy a different day trip each Friday. Participants help plan the quarterly schedule, giving them a say in where each adventure takes them.

Is This the Right Space for You?

Joining Kearneys Spring Learning and Lifestyle Hub is worth considering if you are interested in:

  • A place to connect and participate: Enjoy shared activities, spend time with others and be part of a friendly group environment.
  • Opportunities to build everyday skills: Develop confidence, increase independence and work towards goals that are important to you.
  • A consistent weekly routine: Attend on the days that suit and create a week with structure and something to look forward to.
  • A broad mix of experiences: Take part in activities that include anything from baking to bowling and gardening to golf.

The hub may not be the best option if you are looking for:

  • One-on-one or in-home support: Programs are delivered in a group setting rather than through individual supports.
  • Clinical or therapy-based services: Activities focus on participation, social connection and skill development rather than therapeutic supports.
