Behind the Scenes: Our Clients Bring our New Look to Life

We’ve refreshed our brand to better reflect the energy, diversity, and future-focused spirit of the people we support.

This isn’t a complete rebrand, it’s about evolving so our people can continue to see themselves reflected in our brand, as we continue to be a trusted partner in their lives.

Our mission hasn’t changed, we’re still here to empower people with disability to live their best lives.

Earlier this year, clients from across our Queensland sites starred in a vibrant photoshoot and video campaign to bring this new beginning to life.

The shoot wasn’t just about capturing fresh imagery, it was about celebrating the people who make Endeavour Foundation what it is.

Why these clients and settings?

The people you see in this campaign aren’t actors, they’re real clients who bring colour, personality, and individuality to Endeavour Foundation every day.

We chose them because they embody what our new brand stands for: freedom, choice, fun and possibility.

The settings were equally deliberate. From Jayden lighting up the party scene and Rhiane cruising on her scooter, to Brandon proudly showing off the work he does and Sean cooking up a storm in the kitchen, each backdrop shows how Endeavour Foundation is there for every part of life.

Whether it’s learning, working, connecting with friends or having fun, we’re celebrating the big and small experiences that make life rich and meaningful for the people we support.

Behind the scenes

This shoot was a true reflection of our community. For many of our clients it was their first time in front of the cameras, and they really embraced the challenge.

We asked some of our stars what the day was like for them. Here’s what they had to say:

Tell us about your experience at the shoot. The experience was fun, and the filming was good. I was on the pink bike and I was hot and sweaty!

How did you find the day? The day was fun, but it was long, I enjoyed watching the party scene and seeing Sharni and Jayden waving their hands in the air with music playing.

What was the most exciting thing that happened on the day? I liked seeing behind the scenes, watching the little camera with everyone one else doing their parts.

What was the biggest challenge on the day? Waiting all day for my time to shine!

Tell us about your experience at the shoot. I had a great experience with the party scene, hair and makeup, it made me feel bit awkward at first, but I felt like a TV star, and I had the time of my life dancing with my new friends.

How did you find the day? It was very long day; I had to be dropped home. But it was a lot of fun, nevertheless.

What was the most exciting thing that happened on the day? The photoshoot itself & of course the food, the food was amazing. The vibe was intense in a good way, and I enjoyed dancing to the hardstyle music.

What was the biggest challenge on the day? Getting into character and the dressing up, as I forgot my clothes to wear for scene. But thankfully they provided with options of shirts for me.

Tell us about your experience at the shoot. It was great, my favourite part is dancing with my friends, I loved getting my hair and makeup done professionally.

How did you find the day? The day was good, the set up was colourful and exciting. I love the camera, the big flashing!

What was the most exciting thing that happened on the day? Listening to the music and dancing. I made some new friends and loved showing off my outfits. I felt like a movie star.

What was the biggest challenge on the day? Waiting around for my scene, but I enjoyed watching the behind the scenes and seeing everyone do their part.

How did you find the day? I thought it was a really fun day! Everyone was friendly and kind to us, and we all had a great time and enjoyed ourselves. I was a bit nervous at first, but the nerves settled pretty quickly, and the staff made us laugh and set a good background for us to feel like it was just me, Janaya and Katie having fun at work.

What was the most exciting thing that happened on the day?
The most exciting part was being able to see our work area replicated in a studio and knowing that I was representing Endeavour Foundation Wacol! I am proud of the work I do and being able to see the work produced at the supermarkets. This experience brought a fun, supportive vibe that made everything on the day fun!

What was the biggest challenge on the day?
Probably just those first few moments when nerves kicked in. It was nerve wracking and a bit full-on at the start, but once things got going, it was so fun! I am glad that Janaya and Katie was part of the day as they are my best friends and allowed me to be natural when getting photos and videos.

What’s next?

This launch is just the beginning. You’ll start seeing our refreshed branding across our website, social media, brochures, videos and more.
