Everyone deserves to feel heard, respected and confident having a say about what matters to them. The Speak Up with Confidence workshops are designed to help people with intellectual disability build those skills.
Sponsored by Endeavour Foundation and delivered by local disability representative organisations across Australia, the workshops provide a supportive space to learn, connect and grow in confidence.
The Speak Up with Confidence workshops were co-designed with people with intellectual disability and focus on the skills people said are important to becoming stronger self-advocates and having their rights respected.
By taking part, you can learn more about your rights, build confidence in speaking up and better understand how to ask for the supports you need from NDIS providers and other services.
