Reach your goals with Endeavour Foundation

If you’ve landed on this page, you’re likely someone with a disability who wants to make the most of your NDIS funding and has a goal (or seven!) in mind. Welcome!

If something matters to you - it matters to us. As one of Australia’s biggest and most diverse disability organisations, we’ve got thousands of staff and hundreds of locations so there’s every chance we’ll be able to help you achieve what’s important to you.

How we can help you to achieve your goals

Find your perfect home

If your goal is to live independently, Endeavour Foundation has a range of services that can assist you, either through supports within your own home or within an Endeavour Foundation home.

We know that the thought of moving home can feel daunting. We’ll work with you to learn your needs and navigate the process to make it easier to ensure you feel comfortable, safe and happy.

If you have Supported Independent Living funding and choose to live in an Endeavour Foundation home, we will guide you through the process. An Occupational Therapist will assess your needs and recommend a support worker to housemate ratio that’s right for you. They will also assess what supports you need and if any alterations are needed to the home. Like any house, it’s important that you are compatible with your housemates and feel safe and comfortable in the home. To make sure you are happy and the home is the right fit for you, you will visit your potential home and meet housemates of a similar age who may become lifelong friends.

If you live in your own home, we offer Individualised Support to help you achieve your goals and develop daily living skills. Depending on your needs, Individualised Support can mean a little extra help around the home such as personal care, daily chores or cooking right through to 24/7 support. No matter the level of support needed, we help remove barriers, address your concerns and priortise your independence, safety and goals at all times.

As experts in Supported Independent Living and Individualised Support, we firmly believe that you should be the one leading the way. Your home, your support, your way.

Find a job that’s right for you

A job means much more than just a way to earn a living. When you work, you will have a place where you can form friendships, learn valuable skills, increase your independence, and provide a sense of purpose.

Endeavour Foundation helps find and provide opportunities for you to build on your strengths and gain the skills, confidence and experience to find a job you love.

We offer Supported Employment at our social enterprises. Here, you will have the opportunity to gain new skills, be part of a team and earn an income. It’s perfect for people who need more support than what is available in a traditional workplace, or as a supportive first job when transitioning out of school.

Once you’ve mastered Supported Employment, Supported Hosted Employment may be a great next step if you want to work in a mainstream workplace with support to achieve your goals. In Supported Hosted Employment you will work closely with a Production Team Leader who will guide you through your working day to achieve your duties. Supported Hosted Employment offers a range of choices in a workplace where you will work alongside people without disability.

If you’ve already achieved your work goals in Supported or Supported Hosted Employment, you may want to progress to Mainstream Employment. We can help you get job ready through training and mentoring to navigate an independent life in a job you love in a workplace where you will work alongside people without disability to achieve your career aspirations.

No matter what your skill level, we offer employment pathways so you can achieve your individual career goals, one step at a time and work in a job that’s perfect for you.
