Supporting Better Participant Outcomes

Professionals supporting people with disability are navigating NDIS changes, evolving local service options and the ongoing challenge of connecting participants with the right supports at the right time.

Join us for Pathways and Possibilities, a free NDIS networking event and lunch at our Alexandra Hills Learning and Lifestyle Hub.

This practical session will bring together local Support Coordinators, educators, allied health professionals and disability sector partners to share insights, explore participant pathways and strengthen local referral connections.

You will hear from our experts across home and living, learning and lifestyle, employment services and school leaver supports, with opportunities to ask questions, share insights and connect with other professionals working in the sector.
