Your Questions About Transferring from Centacare

This is our absolute priority. We know that your home and the relationships you have with your support team are incredibly important. Our goal is to minimise disruption by working directly with Centacare to transition the operation of your current service, including your home and support team, wherever possible. Our aim is to ensure you see the same friendly faces in the same familiar place.

We have availability in several existing SIL homes across South East Queensland, Wide Bay and Central and North Queensland. If you are wanting a change, we are happy to talk to you about your options.
