Will My NDIS Funding Be Affected?

Not at all. Your NDIS funding belongs to you and moves with you. We will help ensure a smooth transition, so your funding is ready to go from day one with us. We can also work with you to help you to increase your funding to align with your needs and goals.

What Is the Process, and Will I Have to Handle a Lot of Paperwork?

We make the process as simple as possible for you. Our dedicated Transition Team will guide you through every step. We handle the NDIS-related paperwork and logistics in the background, so you can focus on a smooth continuation of your supports without the stress of administration.

How Long Does the Transition Take?

We will start working with you immediately to get to know you and help you transition. The timeline is guided by the notice period in your current Service Agreement, usually around 14 to 28 days. Our goal is to make the process as swift and seamless as possible for you.

Will There Be a Gap in My Supports?

No. Our primary focus is to ensure a seamless continuation of your supports. We are ready to begin the transition process with you immediately to ensure a smooth transfer, so you continue to receive the supports you rely on.

What if I Am Worried About Telling My Current Provider?
