To ensure you remain physically and mentally safe throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, we have compiled a list of support hotlines and resources that you can access.
COVID-19 Hotline: 1800 983 006
The COVID-19 hotline is a free service that can be accessed 24/7. It is staffed by qualified nurses who can help you with any COVID-19 related health matters.
Benestar Employee Assistance Program: 1300 360 364
Our Benestar EAP is a free mental health and wellbeing service available to all Endeavour Foundation Group employees. It offers resourcing and anonymous counselling resources to help with any mental wellness support you may need.


QLD Community Recovery Hotline: 1800 173 349
The Community Recovery Hotline is available to support vulnerable Queenslanders in home quarantine to access food and medical supplies with no other means of support. Hotline staff partner can arrange non-contact delivery of essential food and medication to people in quarantine.

Complex Support Hub: 0417 472 454
The Complex Support Hub can set up a meeting with your team / leaders to go through concerns or answer any questions regarding changes to customer behaviour. You can also contact our Complex Support Hub via email at PBSImplementation@endeavour.com.au.
