Executive General Manager of Supporter Enterprises Leanne Ferris said there was always
something new to discover in-store, with stock arriving daily.
“Feedback from customers during our first week has been very positive and we hope that with
the support of the local community, The Labels Shop by Endeavour Foundation will become a
much-loved addition to the Balmoral shopping scene,” Ms Ferris said.
“Best of all, store profits support people with a disability to have the choices of an ordinary
life – to do the kinds of things that you or I might take for granted,” Ms Ferris concluded.
The Labels Shop also sells a unique range of artworks created by talented artists with a
disability employed at Endeavour Foundation’s QArt Studio based in Kew, Melbourne. These
original artworks and prints, designer home wares, ceramics, jewellery, greeting cards and
gifts – in many different styles - are available in Queensland for the first time at the new
store in Balmoral.
The Labels Shop by Endeavour Foundation is open weekdays 8.30am to 4.30pm, Saturday
9.00am to 4.00pm and Sunday 9.30am to 2.00pm.
