Appointment of new CEO, David Swain

David is well prepared to lead Endeavour Foundation, with a track record of growing sustainable organisations and a strong focus on capacity building and connection to purpose.

His career has been focused on positively impacting the lives of those in need, whether arising from health crisis, disability, age, family violence, or lack of access to stable housing or social support.

The Board also thanks our Interim CEO and EGM – Finance and Risk David Blower for providing leadership and a strong sense of stability during an important time in the life of the organisation. David has served with energy, positivity and good humour and has prepared for a smooth transition.
