As part of Endeavour Foundation’s My Home, My Life initiative, our new townhouses in the Logan suburb of Woodridge are designed to the platinum standard of Liveable Housing Australia Guidelines and are built above and beyond what is required by legislation for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA.).

The three low-set townhouses feature modern contemporary styling with open floor plans and accessible home interior design. The homes are fitted with modern safety features, including Tunstall Assistive Technology, which aid independence and offers peace of mind for you and your loved ones. Help buttons are installed in each bedroom, bathroom and living spaces and there is a provision for additional bespoke assistive technology as required. Home automation features like Smart Home ducted air-conditioning systems with individual room control are also included to keep you cool and comfortable during the hot Queensland summers.
