Can I volunteer if I work full time?
Yes. There are a number of ways you can use your time and skills to support our work. Some volunteer roles require only a few hours on a weekend while others involve a longer, ongoing commitment outside of office hours.

We understand that your time is precious so we suggest that before undertaking any volunteer position you find out what the time commitment will be. Remember, if you only have a few hours to spare, you can always support our campaigning and fundraising work.

What skills or experience do I need to volunteer?
You don’t need any specialised skills to volunteer. Our volunteers come from a diverse range of backgrounds, professions and ages with a wide range of skills and experiences.  From students to retirees, professionals and people looking for work, volunteering is open to everyone. 

How many hours do you need me to work?
We would be delighted with any hours that you have spare. We tailor your involvement based on your time available.

Are the times flexible?
Absolutely yes, we totally understand that you have other commitments - we are most grateful for any time you can spare.

What do I need to bring?
On your first day you will need to bring identification for you to complete your application. After that just bring yourself and a smile.

What do I wear?
Please remember that we are a place of business and that we all wear neat, clean and tidy clothing.  Enclosed shoes are required. If you are in doubt please talk to the manager about your concerns.

Do you reimburse for travel?
Endeavour does not reimburse for travel to our place of business as a volunteer.
