What is Corporate Volunteering?
Corporate, or employee volunteering, is one way in which businesses can fulfil their social responsibility. Companies which engage in corporate volunteering actively support and encourage their employees to volunteer their services to local community organisations.

Steadily growing in popularity since the 1990s, corporate volunteering involves the contribution of time, talent, energy, skills and resources by the company’s workforce.

Endeavour Foundation is proud and confident that its Corporate Volunteering program can offer each group a rewarding experience that will be of lasting benefit to both the individual and the organisation within which they work.

We aim to match our volunteers with tasks that best suit their skills and interests. The projects our corporate volunteers carry out are both vital and varied with opportunities for volunteers existing in all areas of operation of the organisation.

Our corporate volunteers are placed in all departments of Endeavour according to the priority needs of the organisation and the skills and interests of the group working with us.

We will also be creating specifically themed corporate days which will assist the organisation to complete vital project tasks, e.g. maintenance days, data entry days, fundraising workshops and events teams.
