Endeavour Foundation supports more than 3,400 people with a disability, from 230 locations throughout Queensland and New South Wales. This makes us the largest non-government provider of disability services in Australia.

We offer people with a disability a range of services including accommodation support, aged support, services tailored for children, employment opportunities, education programs in literacy, technology and social skills and lifestyle opportunities.

Our goal is to support people with a disability to live a fulfilling life and we are committed to providing the best possible support, opening up new worlds of opportunity. Highly trained disability service professionals assess the needs of each person with a disability and tailor individualised support.

Endeavour is committed to:

  • have their privacy respected;
  • know what information Endeavour holds about them and why we need it;
  • feel comfortable communicating with Endeavour staff about the services they receive;
  • provide feedback about a service they are unhappy with and have these concerns answered; and
  • have access to an independent advocate of their choice.

We are actively involved in the disability industry and believe in building from a scientific foundation, employing scientific method, research, inquiry, innovation and review.
