To apply for access to any of Endeavour’s services, drop into or call your nearest Endeavour office. Our disability services professionals will be able to assess your needs and provide you with options about services suitable and available for you.

We will provide you with all the information you will need to make an informed decision. If we are unable to assist you for any reason, for example if we do not have any vacancies at a particular service, we can refer you to another service provider who may be able to help.

Friends and family are encouraged to participate in the process.

Fees

Depending on the mix of services each client accesses and their method of funding, fees will vary from client to client. Endeavour staff will be able to provide detailed information on fees and charges after considering each person’s needs.

Government funding

Although you do not need to receive Government support to access Endeavour’s services, both the Federal and State Governments offer funding to eligible applicants. To find out about the support available and determine your eligibility for Government funding, contact your nearest Endeavour office. You will need to fill in an Application for Support, available from the Queensland Government Department of Communities.
