Allan enjoys living independently

Allan refuses to let anything dampen his adventurous nature.

With the assistance of Endeavour’s In-Home Support Service, which helps him to pay his bills, do his banking and shop for groceries, 54-year-old Allan is able to enjoy the freedom of living independently.

He is enjoying retirement from volunteering at the Townsville Fire Station, with regular cafe catch-ups with his friends from church and visits to North Queensland Cowboys Leagues Club.

Allan got to really spread his wings in July, when he was one of three Endeavour clients to complete the 5,000-kilometre Great Endeavour Rally – a liberating experience for a true free spirit.
