Comprehensive Health Assessment Program booklet (CHAP)

The CHAP project is the single biggest body of research ever completed for people with a disability. Endeavour clients helped trial CHAP, in a partnership with the Queensland Centre for Intellectual & Developmental Disability (QCIDD) and Professor Nicholas Lennox.

CHAP is recognised by the World Health Organisation (WHO), with Professor Lennox to author a chapter for the upcoming WHO ‘World Report on Disability and Rehabilitation’. More information on CHAP is available from QCIDD.
