What we believe
Opportunities for people with a disability
We believe in the fundamental human rights for all people with a disability.
We believe that all people with a disability are entitled to live a life like any other person in the community; a life with equality and without discrimination because of their disability.
We acknowledge and promote the involvement of parents and family members to ensure the rights and dignity of their family member with a disability are foremost in decision making processes.
We advocate for the entitlement to human rights as defined by the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disability.
We provide systemic advocacy to change the laws, policies and structures that deny people with disability the right to live a life like any other.
We actively promote the contributions of people with disability in our community.
