Springfield Lakes hosts Endeavour Prize Home for first time
Endeavour Foundation has arrived in Springfield Lakes and has opened the doors to one of its famous charitable Prize Homes for the first time in the heart of this beautiful area.
You just know when a region is doing something right and is 'on the up‘ when Endeavour Prize Homes come to town, and it shows that eight year-old Springfield Lakes is still attracting new people to the area.
Endeavour Foundation‘s Manager of Prize Home Lotteries, Wilma Burton, believes the house will be popular with the thousands of hopefuls who purchase tickets.
"With Springfield Lakes, we‘re talking about a fantastic community and a great family lifestyle, with plenty to see and do," she said.
"It has it all – the tranquil lakes, the parks, cafes and restaurants, fabulous shopping, schools, and a peaceful setting in the hinterland but with Brisbane and also the vibrant coast easily accessible."
The International Safe Community of Springfield Lakes continues to grow and thrive and the lucky winners of the Prize Home will take possession of a stunning home at 5 Waratah Crescent.
This five-bedroom house is valued at more than $860,000 and features three living areas plus a covered outdoor entertainment zone, a water-featured gazebo, private parents‘ balcony, a three-car garage, an ultra-modern designer kitchen and a pool room – oh, and it‘s fully furnished, too.
This Endeavour Foundation Prize Home opened to the public to purchase tickets on Saturday 11th June and will stay open for seven days a week (10am – 5pm) until Monday 18th July.
Each Prize Home generates huge domestic and international interest, and brings in much tourism to the area. Around half a million brochures are sent out around the world for each lottery.
Endeavour Foundation is one of Australia largest service-providers for people with a disability. It supports more than 3,350 people from more than 230 locations throughout Queensland and in Sydney so that they can enjoy an ordinary life in the everyday community.
