Australia's largest non-government disability services provider
Endeavour Foundation is a registered not-for-profit organisation. We are a public company limited by guarantee, meaning we have members rather than shareholders and we reinvest all profits back into the company.
Day-to-day operations are managed by our Chief Executive Officer and senior management, guided by a Board of Directors.
We make ethical, accountable, effective decisions on running Endeavour using a Corporate Governance process. See a map of how we are run: Corporate Governance Framework (80kb, PDF)
We are guided by our:
- Constitution (185kb, PDF)
- Constitution table of amendments (29kb, PDF)
- By-Laws (95kb, PDF)
- Our focus (53kb PDF)
Our Annual Report describes Endeavour’s governance in detail, including policy statements, internal audits, risk and quality management.
Area Committees
Endeavour has nine Area Committees of Endeavour members. The committees provide feedback on policy and service, build community links and play a direct role in running Endeavour by electing the Board of Directors.
Support groups
Endeavour works with a number of local groups representing families and interested stakeholders. These groups are not part of our formal structure, but play an important role in providing support and feedback.
