Endeavour Foundation is committed to upholding the Privacy legislation (including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the 10 National Privacy Principles) which ensures privacy of information is maintained.

Endeavour shall not collect information unless the information is required for the functions and activities of the business.

Endeavour shall take steps to ensure information is collected, used and/or disclosed in an accurate and up-to-date manner.

Sensitive information shall only be collected when an individual consents or when the information is required by law.

Endeavour shall not use or disclose information for any other purpose other than the purpose it was intended for unless conditions outlined in the National Privacy Principles are invoked or when requests for the inspection of records are followed and legally permitted.

Endeavour shall ensure all information gathered is secure at all times to protect information from unauthorised access and/or disclosure, modification or misuse.

Individuals may request access to information relating to themselves or persons of care when conditions outlined in the National Privacy Principles are met.

Endeavour shall not divulge personal information to third parties unless
required under the relevant legislative act.

Endeavour shall not sell personal information to third parties at any time.

Information is used solely for Endeavour’s marketing purposes and is not for publication unless individual(s) approval has been obtained.
