Adelaide's mysterious 'Mr K' gets million dollar Christmas present
An Adelaide man who wants to be identified only as “Mr K” has received the
Christmas present of a lifetime – a million dollar holiday home on
Queensland’s glorious Sunshine Coast.
Mr K was ecstatic to find he had won the stunning Endeavour Prize Home on
Bribie Island, valued at $967,538.
The icing on the cake was the bonus $30,000 in gold bullion he received for
buying two tickets, bringing the total prize to $997,538 – an amazing
investment for just two $10 tickets.
The Prize Home, which backs onto the lush fairways and greens of the
international 18-hole Pacific Harbour Golf Course, conveniently includes a
complimentary 12 month membership of the Golf & Country Club.
In addition to playing golf, Mr K can play as much tennis, sweat through as
many workouts and enjoy as many spas and saunas as he can handle until
the end of 2010.
The property is also surrounded by national park, and just minutes from
sandy, surf beaches, making it the ultimate Sunshine State getaway home.
This year’s was the most popular Christmas Prize Home ever and also
recorded the second highest internet ticket sales of any lottery.
Endeavour’s current Prize Home is a beautiful country house in the
picturesque town of Montville in the rainforest-clad Sunshine Coast
mountains, valued at $883,002.
