• Approaching employers on behalf of the client
• On-the-job support
• Provision of background support once the client has secured a position
• Vocational guidance
• Referrals to specialist services or training organizations

How to Access our Agency
There are two ways to access our service:

• through a referral from Centrelink or
• contacting reSolutions Employment directly

If you are looking for work in open employment, your first point of contact is usually Centrelink who will register you as ‘looking for work’. Centrelink will arrange an assessment of your work capacity to work out what type of employment service will suit you best, and then connect you with that service.
